BEER - A range of bottle conditioned real ales brewed without fining or filtering useing water from the well on the farm, english hops and locally floor-malted barley.

PORK PIES - Traditionally made, hand-raised pork pies. 100% pork in the filling, hot-water crust pastry and stock jelly made from the pigs trotters!

SALAMI - feremnted, air-dryed hard salamis made from Red Lion Farms free-range pigs.

BILTONG - the South-African delicacy had from the farms herd of Aberdeen Angus cross beef.
