Based on RED LION FARM, a mixed arable and livestock farm in the Oxfordshire chilterns. THE COMPLETE PIG produces a range of cooked and cured meat products from the farm's Free-Range Pigs and Aberdeen Angus Beef cattle.

We also produce a range of quality real ales using well-water from the farm, English hops and floor-malted barley.

We believe in producing a quality product from carefully sourced ingredients. We try to be invovled in as many aspect of the production and distribution as possible, right from the farm to the fork. We do not use additives or artificial colours, we do not use fillers or added water to bulk out our products and we allow the products the time they need to mature properly.

Our principle method of sale is through FARMER'S MARKETS throughout Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
